Turkish-Speaking Player Support Specialist: Work from Home in Bulgaria

Location: Bulgaria (Relocation Opportunity Available)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Description: We are looking for a Turkish-Speaking Player Support Specialist to come and join our fast-growing team. Working remotely in Bulgaria, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries and supporting live gamers, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.

Requirements

·      You must have a C1/C2 level of Turkish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

·      Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·      You must have a valid EU passport, or valid Bulgarian work permit.

·      You must be either living in Bulgaria, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
