ATA Services is seeking part-time legal professional with strong experience with trusts, elder law and/or Medicaid to support Denver's Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.
Contract Length: Until June 30th, 2027, with possible extension
Schedule + Hours: 20 hours per week (40 hours per month), flexible hours between 9 am - 3 pm. Wednesdays from 11-12 pm
Job Location: Remote but needs to be onsite to pick up and drop off equipment at start and end of contract.
Pay Rate: $100/hr.

Minimum Qualifications:
Law or bachelor’s in accounting, finance, public policy or in any other field of study related to these duties.
Five years' experience:
