Trip Planning Consultant

No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you succeed.

What You Will Do

• Assist clients with coordinating vacation plans, cruises, hotel stays, tours, and other travel experiences
• Research destinations, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options through company-approved resources
• Help organize travel arrangements and confirm booking information is complete and accurate
• Provide personalized assistance based on client interests, schedules, and travel objectives
• Respond to inquiries and service requests through email, phone, and online communication platforms
• Support clients with itinerary enhancements, reservation adjustments, and travel-related updates
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel plans, and booking documentation
• Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and educational development programs
