Looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can build new skills while helping others plan unforgettable vacations? We're expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic, organized individuals to join us as Travel Support Trainee.

This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the travel industry while gaining hands-on experience assisting clients with vacation planning and trip coordination. You'll help travelers explore destinations, compare travel options, organize reservations, and support every stage of the planning process for cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, romantic escapes, group travel, and worldwide adventures.

No prior travel industry experience is necessary. We provide step-by-step training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources you need to grow with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about each client's travel preferences, budget, and vacation objectives
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, guided tours, and vacation packages
  • Help identify travel options that align with client interests and travel goals
  • Assist with coordinating hotels, flights, transportation, sightseeing, and excursions
  • Provide clients with information about destinations, promotions, and available travel services
  • Support travelers throughout the planning and reservation process
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, virtual meetings, and online messaging
  • Work with approved supplier partners to arrange and verify reservations
  • Review itineraries and booking details to help ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized client files and reservation records
  • Keep current with travel updates, destination information, and supplier promotions
  • Deliver friendly, responsive service that creates a positive client experience

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using computers and online communication platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
