What You'll Do

• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel arrangements
• Support clients throughout the planning and reservation process
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
• Work with supplier partners to confirm reservations and travel details
• Maintain organized records of client information, itineraries, and bookings
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, and special promotions
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, or client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Comfortable using online tools, email, and web-based applications
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
