We are seeking reliable, service-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others, researching information, and coordinating details to join our remote team as Travel Services Specialist.
In this role, you will assist clients as they move from an initial vacation idea to organized travel arrangements. You will learn about each traveler's needs, explore available options, help coordinate selected services, and provide clear communication throughout the planning process.
Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training, supplier resources, mentorship, and continued education are provided, making this an opportunity for individuals who are interested in developing new skills while working in a flexible remote environment.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Speak with clients to learn about their destination interests, preferred travel dates, vacation style, priorities, and budget
Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and other travel services
Evaluate available options and identify choices that align with individual traveler requests
Explain vacation possibilities and relevant details so clients can confidently make selections
Assist with coordinating selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional trip components
Use approved supplier platforms and travel resources when arranging requested services
Organize reservation information into clear, easy-to-follow travel plans
Provide clients with confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable travel documentation
Track upcoming deadlines, pending information, and other items that require attention before departure
Follow up with travelers when decisions, documents, or additional information are needed
Respond to questions regarding active reservations and upcoming travel arrangements
Assist with routine modifications, cancellations, scheduling adjustments, and special requests
Review reservation information carefully to identify missing or incorrect details
Maintain accurate records of client conversations, preferences, requests, and travel arrangements
Continue building destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing training and educational resources
