No prior experience in the travel industry is required. Full training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, priorities, and expectations
• Research vacation options including resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, and destination experiences
• Assist with coordinating reservations through approved travel suppliers and booking systems
• Present travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget considerations
• Help manage trip details, confirmations, and travel-related documentation
• Respond to client questions and provide timely planning assistance
• Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, and travel requests
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Participate in virtual workshops, training programs, and team meetings
• Deliver professional support that contributes to a positive client experience
