About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-minded individuals who enjoy helping others design meaningful travel experiences while working in a flexible remote environment. As a Travel Planning Specialist, you will support clients as they explore vacation ideas, compare travel options, and organize the key details needed to turn their plans into confirmed trips.

This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, research-based tasks, and structured planning work. Whether clients are planning beach getaways, cruises, family vacations, or international travel, you'll assist in guiding them through each step of the process while gaining valuable experience in the travel industry.

No prior experience in travel is required. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Speak with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Recommend travel options that align with client goals
• Assist in organizing trip components such as lodging, transportation, excursions, and activities
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to process reservations and confirmations
• Maintain accurate and organized records of itineraries and bookings
• Provide ongoing support throughout the planning and booking process
• Stay updated on travel deals, destination insights, and supplier updates

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Positive, coachable, and willing to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved region
