Key Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved booking resources
• Present travel options that align with customer preferences, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate reservation requests and review travel details for accuracy
• Provide exceptional service and support before, during, and after the booking process
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
• Help manage itinerary revisions, travel updates, and reservation-related requests
• Maintain accurate client profiles, booking records, and supporting documentation
• Participate in ongoing training programs and team development opportunities
