Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and future vacation plans
• Introduce travelers to a variety of options including cruises, resorts, guided vacations, family trips, and international destinations
• Assist clients in comparing travel experiences and selecting options that align with their goals and budget
• Coordinate travel arrangements and support reservation-related activities
• Educate clients on destination highlights, travel products, and available promotions
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Track client interactions and maintain organized records using company platforms
• Stay informed on industry developments, supplier updates, and emerging travel trends
• Participate in ongoing training, virtual workshops, and team collaboration sessions
