Role Overview

Are you interested in a flexible remote opportunity that combines working with people, researching destinations, and creating personalized vacation experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic, self-directed individuals to join our virtual team as Travel Freedom Advisors.

In this role, you will help travelers simplify the vacation-planning process by learning what they want from their trip, exploring suitable options, and assisting with the arrangements they select. Client requests may include resort escapes, cruises, family adventures, couples vacations, group trips, special occasions, and worldwide destinations.

This opportunity is beginner-friendly. No previous travel industry experience is required, and training and educational resources are available to help you build your knowledge.

What You Will Be Doing

• Discover each client's vacation style, priorities, preferred dates, and spending range
• Research destinations and experiences based on individual interests
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and package options
• Create relevant vacation suggestions for clients to review
• Help travelers understand pricing, package inclusions, promotions, and reservation terms
• Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other services
• Utilize approved supplier resources to organize reservation information
• Prepare confirmations and keep itinerary details organized
• Monitor important booking dates and follow up on incomplete planning items
• Verify reservation information for accuracy and completeness
• Provide assistance with routine updates, modifications, and client questions
• Maintain regular communication through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Keep accurate records of client preferences, communications, and arrangements
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat clients and referrals
• Continue expanding your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation experiences

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or another qualifying country.
