- Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Identify and present options that match individual client requests
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel services using approved platforms
- Provide confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and important trip information
- Assist with reservation changes, special requests, and routine booking questions
- Review travel arrangements for accuracy and follow up on outstanding details
- Maintain organized client information and reservation records
- Stay informed through supplier education and destination training
