Travel Experience Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, vacation objectives, timelines, and spending plans
• Research destinations, hotels, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, tours, and attractions
• Present customized travel options based on each traveler's interests, budget, and expectations
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel-related services through approved booking systems
• Prepare detailed itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documents, and departure information
• Assist with itinerary revisions, reservation modifications, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
• Review travel arrangements for completeness and accuracy before departure
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients by providing updates, answering questions, and offering planning assistance
• Maintain organized client profiles, booking records, and documentation within company systems
• Build strong partnerships with preferred travel suppliers to provide exceptional service and vacation solutions
• Participate in ongoing supplier training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
