Role Overview

Are you someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and exploring exciting destinations? We're growing our remote team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Travel Experience Consultant.

In this role, you'll work with clients to transform travel ideas into customized vacation experiences. From tropical resorts and cruises to family vacations and international adventures, you'll help clients discover options that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets while providing exceptional support throughout the planning process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel goals and preferences
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise vacations, and travel packages
• Present personalized travel recommendations based on client interests
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation experiences
• Provide guidance and support throughout the planning and reservation process
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure reservations
• Maintain organized records of bookings and itinerary details
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destination updates, and industry trends
