Travel Coordinator | Peru

Role:

I am looking for a reliable, proactive person based in Peru to support the planning and on-site execution of a curated trip (potentially July-Aug 2026).

This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration.

What you will do

• Research and recommend hotels, activities, guides, and unique local experience

• Communicate with local vendors and partners in Spanish

• Support on-site execution during the trip, including site visits, meetings, and coordination

• Prepare marketing materials (with support) for the tour

Nice to have

• Strong local network or knowledge of the region

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or events

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Extra scope

If availability allows, this role may expand to include executive assistant-style tasks related to a travel company, such as coordination, research, and admin support.

• Based in Peru
• Fluent in Spanish
• Advanced in English
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, responsive, and solution-oriented
• Passion for traveling and organizing group trips
