Responsibilities

  • Review and compare travel options through approved supplier and reservation systems
  • Keep clients informed regarding booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel timelines
  • Respond to questions and support requests through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
  • Help manage itinerary changes, reservation modifications, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records within internal systems
  • Monitor supplier updates, promotions, and destination information to support client planning
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing development programs

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks remotely
  • Familiarity with email, web-based systems, and basic computer applications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico and other qualifying regions
