Primary Responsibilities

• Match travelers with vacation options that align with their interests and budget
• Coordinate travel services including accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation, and activities
• Research destinations and identify opportunities that meet client expectations
• Provide professional assistance and travel information throughout the planning process
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
• Work with supplier partners to manage reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
• Stay informed about industry developments, travel offers, and destination news

Desired Qualifications

• Interest in travel, consulting, customer service, or hospitality-related work
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online applications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
• No previous travel experience required; training and support are provided
