Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and transportation
- Research travel options and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Provide personalized travel planning based on client preferences and budgets
- Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed
- Communicate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel issues when needed
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry updates
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
