About the Role

Our remote support division is continuing to grow, and we're looking for motivated, detail-conscious individuals to join the team as Travel Assistance Consultants. Responsibilities

  • Check availability and review travel options through approved booking and supplier systems
  • Keep travelers informed regarding confirmations, itinerary updates, and planning progress
  • Respond to questions and support requests through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  • Assist with booking modifications, schedule adjustments, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain detailed records and organized client information within internal systems
  • Participate in remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and continued development programs
