Training Specialist

Your role, your impact 

As a Training Specialist, you’ll deliver client solutions in person and virtually to support business goals and drive successful learning outcomes. You’ll support the design, implementation, and delivery of adoption solutions through our Client Learning Services team.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day 

• Develop comprehensive training solutions tailored to project needs;

• Manage projects within the required timelines to ensure successful delivery;

• Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery;

• Understand and adapt to learners' needs while identifying, measuring, and evaluating learner competence and outcomes;

• Manage solutions, records, and documentation in compliance with internal and client standards;

• Acquire and maintain intermediate knowledge of core and supplemental applications;

• Create engaging and effective training content for various delivery methods and platforms, including guides, videos, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials;

• Deliver live training with clarity and confidence as needed;

• Design, develop, and deliver adoption solutions for key stakeholders and end users. 

Qualifications

Keys to your success 

• 3+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or equivalent solutions;

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP);

• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

• Capability to develop and deliver training presentations and materials while applying Adult Learning Theory principles;

• Technological proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems for training purposes;

• Strong team-facing communication skills and demonstrated success collaborating with customers and team members;

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Extra edge 

• Bachelor's degree;

• Previous experience with Microsoft AI/Copilot and/or Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM;

• Familiarity with Power Platform and Modern Work.

Language skills 

• English: Proficient

• French: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with clients outside of Quebec.
