The specialist will own the full tracking infrastructure and dashboard layer for behavioral health clients to ensure data accuracy. This includes auditing setups, monitoring dashboards daily, and resolving tracking discrepancies across various platforms.
About Us:
elev8 is a behavioral health marketing agency built for treatment centers. We work with residential, IOP, and outpatient programs across the US, helping them grow census, improve payer mix, and build digital programs that actually work. Our clients are operators, not marketers; they need partners who understand both the clinical side and the growth side.
About The Role:
Every strategy call, every budget recommendation, every conversation with a client about their program's performance starts with data. You are the person who makes sure that data is right. You will own the full tracking infrastructure and dashboard layer for a portfolio of behavioral health treatment center clients, building, monitoring, and protecting the accuracy of every number the team and clients rely on.
You will work across the delivery, paid media, and technical teams. In your first 90 days, success means every active client has a verified, accurate dashboard and no tracking problem reaches a client before you do.
What You'll Do:
- Audit tracking setups for every new client at onboarding — GA4, GTM, CallTrackingMetrics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and all paid platform conversion actions — and resolve every gap within the first two weeks.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Agency Analytics for every active client, covering organic, paid, call attribution, conversion rates, and engagement metrics — verified accurate before each reporting cycle.
- Monitor every active client dashboard every day, not as a scan but as a real check against known baselines, flagging any anomaly the same day it appears.
- Trace tracking discrepancies to root cause — broken tags, misconfigured goals, failed integrations, conversion actions double-counting — and brief the responsible team member with enough precision that they can act immediately.
- Configure and maintain call attribution in CallTrackingMetrics, connecting call data back to source keyword, campaign, and page, and verifying that call data flows correctly into dashboards and GA4.
- Manage GTM containers across the client portfolio — configure triggers and variables, test implementations before and after changes, and maintain version control.
- Run a structured QA audit on every client's full tracking setup monthly, catching drift that daily monitoring misses.
- Own every open issue through to resolution — not closed when someone says it's fixed, closed when the data confirms it.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years configuring and troubleshooting GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion event setup, container management, and tag debugging with Tag Assistant and Chrome DevTools.
- Hands-on experience with CallTrackingMetrics or a comparable call tracking platform, including attribution model configuration and GA4 integration.
- Proven ability to build client-facing dashboards that non-technical people can actually read. Agency Analytics experience preferred, other BI tools considered.
- A systematic approach to data accuracy: you know what a metric's source is, how the data flows, and where it can break, and you check it rather than assume it.
- Clear, direct communication when something is wrong, you flag problems with enough specificity that the right person can act on them without a follow-up conversation.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion tracking, including GA4 import configuration and cross-platform attribution verification.
- Familiarity with behavioral health or healthcare marketing, LegitScript compliance, the sensitivity of the audience, and why data accuracy in this space carries more weight than most.
- Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager certification (Skillshop).
How You're Measured:
- Dashboard accuracy rate
- Time to detection
- Time to resolution
- New client tracking setup completion
- Proactive issue identification rate
- Dashboard completeness
