Flex Title, which exclusively services the law firm of Harvey & Driggs | Mechanicsville, VA or Remote (based on experience)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience

Flex Title is seeking a detail-oriented Title Examiner to join our team! This role involves researching public land records, tracing property ownership, analyzing legal instruments, and identifying potential title issues to support real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in title examination, title research, real estate, paralegal work, or a related field preferred
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with public land records and real estate documents preferred
