The Title Agent conducts comprehensive research to confirm land and surface ownership for energy infrastructure projects. They are responsible for preparing detailed title reports, runsheets, and chain of title documentation while collaborating with project teams to resolve title defects.
Global Land Partners, LLC is seeking experienced Title Agents to support the preparation of surface title reports for pipeline, renewable, and other types of energy infrastructure projects. We invite qualified professionals with at least three years of surface title experience in right-of-way, renewable energy, utilities, or oil and gas to apply.
The Title Agent plays an important role in the successful development of infrastructure projects by conducting comprehensive research to confirm land and surface ownership. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex title issues. Work will focus primarily on Texas, with opportunities to support projects in other states.
