Job Title: Therapist
Reports to: Clinical Director
Job Responsibilities:
The Therapist is responsible for providing community-based services that 
encourage and support progress towards meeting client goals. The therapist may 
complete Diagnostic Assessments, complete Treatment Plans and provide ongoing 
behavioral health services, as well as coordinate and support other therapists and 
case managers to ensure accurate and complete documentation and billing. May 
be on-call for crisis services. The Therapist will oversee programs and make sure 
that all policies and procedures are carried out pursuant to Ohio licensing 
standards
Key duties include:

     Clinical Services:
          Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop individualized 
          Treatment Plans.
          Provide ongoing behavioral health services in community-based 
          settings.
          Deliver care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client
          centered

     Team Coordination

          Support and coordinate with therapists and skills coaches to ensure 
          accurate documentation and billing.
          Supervise clinical staff as assigned.

Agency Relations

          Maintain professional relationships with referral sources through 
          regular communication (visits, emails, phone calls).
          Promote a respectful and confidential environment in compliance 
          with HIPAA regulations.

          Clinical Services:
Qualifications:
          Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Professional 
          Counseling.
          Must hold a valid Ohio license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or 
          Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
          Demonstrated ability to engage children and youth and other vulnerable 
          populations in therapeutic activities.
          Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both 
          written and verbal).
          Must exhibit sound judgment, flexibility, commitment, and self-     motivation.
          Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s 
          minimum liability requirements.
          Must meet ongoing continuing education requirements as set by the        Ohio Social Work Board.
