Title: AI & Growth Marketing Fellow (DIY Track)
Most internships are "busy work"—fetching coffee, data entry, and waiting for approval. You leave with a line on your resume but no real skills.
This is not an internship. This is a Fellowship.
We have replaced the "Manager" with a rigorous Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) System. You won't be micro-managed. You will be given a "Mission Log" for the month, a library of AI tools, and the freedom to execute.
Your "Salary" is your Portfolio. By the end of this 6-month program, you will not just say you know marketing; you will have 6 documented Case Studies, a "Certified AI Growth Strategist" credential, and data-backed proof of your ability to grow a brand.
You will move through 3 phases, unlocking new badges and responsibilities as you pass each "Monthly Capstone."
Phase 1: The Strategist (Months 1-2): Master the psychology of the "Brand Voice." Use ChatGPT and Bing Image Creator to build a "Brand Bible" and execute a cohesive visual grid on Instagram.
Phase 2: The Creator (Months 3-4): Become a video engine. Learn the "Viral Hook" methodology, edit using AI tools like Vizard/CapCut, and build a repurposing engine that turns 1 video into 10 assets.
Phase 3: The Growth Hacker (Months 5-6): Dive into data. Master Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO basics, and "Cold Distribution." You will write a final "Exit Report" that serves as the SOP for the next Fellow.
The "Figure-It-Out" Personality: You don't wait for permission. If you don't know how to do something, you ask Google or YouTube first.
The AI Native: You use ChatGPT, Notion, and Canva not just for fun, but to speed up your work 10x.
The Aspiring Founder: You value "ownership" over "instructions." You want to run your own projects.
Verified Certification: A blockchain-verifiable "Certificate of Competency" upon completion of your Capstone Projects.
The "DIY Manager" Access: Full access to our proprietary Notion OS, which includes templates, SOPs, and paid-level strategies.
Mentorship, Not Management: Weekly async check-ins to review your strategy and output, not your hours.
Letter of Recommendation: A detailed, personalized reference letter for future employers, contingent on performance.
Voluntary Training: This is a competency-building simulation designed for educational purposes. It is unpaid and complies with the "Primary Beneficiary" test (you gain the portfolio assets).
Academic Credit: We are happy to sign off on paperwork for university credit.
Certification Rule: The Fellowship Certificate is awarded only if you complete the 6-month curriculum. Dropping out early forfeits the credential.
