Test Lead Automation

Quality Assurance (QA)/Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Learning Systems Key

Responsibilities: QA (Primary)

• Execute end to end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms

• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with business stakeholders

• Maintain, update, and execute automated test scripts

• Communicate and follow defects found in testing to vendor for quick resolution

• Validate fixes and enhancements across lower, sandbox, and production environments

• Document test results, defects, screenshots, and evidence in Jira and qTest

• Create, update, and maintain automated regression scripts

• Execute and analyze automation runs using Playwright

• Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve BSA (Secondary)

• Provide light BSA support, including: o Reviewing and clarifying requirements o Supporting requirement intake and validation o Helping translate business needs into testable acceptance criteria

• Partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, risks, and edge cases early

• Assist with basic ticket triage and validation

• Coordinate with vendors on defect follow ups as needed
