Job Description

Position Summary:

This is a remote position for a candidate who has experience in our field trials testing medicated bird feed for West Nile control. They will analyze bird picture and other data from our trial to advance our publications on this project.

ASAP – before the end of July

Anticipated Weekly Hours:

Required Job Qualifications:

Applications must hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a biological or health sciences field and have 1 year or more experience performing field trials on novel One Health methods designed to control West Nile virus. The candidate should also posses a strong work ethic, have strong organizational and communication skills and experience analyzing data from such field studies including animal identification from camera trap pictures.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

The candidate should also posses a strong work ethic, have strong organizational and communication skills. Bird handling/ID experience, Mosquito identification, molecular biology and field research skills.

Salary Range

$24/hour
