You will be owning the design process for our products, from the concept phase into production-ready designs. You will be responsible for evolving Mediagenix' products as well as maintaining existing interfaces.
You will be making complex systems easy to use and ensuring a user-friendly experience for highly technical use cases.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers and the rest of the Design team.
You will contribute to establishing and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the product.
You will contribute to the evolution of the company’s design culture.
You are a Senior Product Designer who has worked in agile environments.
You have experience shipping digital products and designing modern web products: responsive web design and design systems in particular.
You are proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
You have a solid portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design and system thinking, with examples that demonstrate your ability to solve complex problems and create intuitive user experiences.
You care deeply about crafting high-quality, user-centered designs and presenting them with clarity and impact.
You’re empathetic, proactive, and collaborative, ready to support your team and move things forward with a practical mindset.
You thoughtfully balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create meaningful product experiences.
You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

A temporary fulltime contract between September 2026 and the end of May 2027.
Gross yearly salary between 45.000€ and 50.000€ - of course prorated for this temporary role.
