Telesales Representative

We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be resonsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on cutomer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.


Telesales Representative Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers' questions on the products.
Meeting sales quotas.


Requirements:

Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Qualifications
We’re seeking experienced sales representatives who can confidently work the phones from home
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close donations while working independently in a remote environment
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (telemarketing, phone sales, or related required)
Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Positive, goal-driven attitude and resilience when handling “no’s”
Must currently reside in Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, or Minnesota to be considered
Only candidates with sales experience and who reside in these states will be considered
