Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer to make outbound calls, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a natural ability to engage people over the phone and a drive to hit daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
• Introduce products and services clearly and persuasively
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately after each call
• Follow approved scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Handle objections professionally and maintain composure under pressure
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Qualifications and Experience

• 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar outbound role
• Confident and persuasive communicator with a resilient attitude
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Basic computer literacy and CRM experience
• Target-driven and self-motivated to perform in a remote setting
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and a quality headset
• Good command of English; additional South African languages are advantageous
• Matric certificate required

Salary: R14,000/month + commission | 100% Remote
