Telecalling Executive – Lead Conversion

Role Summary: Convert warm inbound leads from digital ad campaigns into confirmed registrations through fast, scripted follow-up calls.

Responsibilities:

• Call every inbound lead within 2 hours of submission (primary KPI)
  
• Follow a trained conversion script — confirm details, explain the offering, handle objections
  
• Hand converted leads to the relevant city coordinator for registration entry
  
• Submit daily lead status reports (received, called, converted, pending, lost)
  
• Manage WhatsApp follow-up for non-responsive leads within 24 hours
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior inside sales / tele calling experience, ideally with inbound/warm leads (not cold outbound)
  
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
  
• Self-disciplined if working remotely — fast response time is non-negotiable
