- Call every inbound lead within 2 hours of submission (primary KPI)
- Follow a trained conversion script — confirm details, explain the offering, handle objections
- Hand converted leads to the relevant city coordinator for registration entry
- Submit daily lead status reports (received, called, converted, pending, lost)
- Manage WhatsApp follow-up for non-responsive leads within 24 hours
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior inside sales / tele calling experience, ideally with inbound/warm leads (not cold outbound)
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-disciplined if working remotely — fast response time is non-negotiable
