Teen Bible Study Teacher

Overview:
The Teen Bible Study Teacher will guide teenagers (ages 13–17) in exploring their faith and developing a deeper relationship with Christ. This role emphasizes biblical teaching, mentorship, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching:
  • Lead weekly Bible study sessions for teens.
  • Use creative and relatable methods to teach biblical principles.
• Mentorship:
  • Build meaningful relationships with teens and provide spiritual guidance.
  • Encourage active participation and growth in their faith journey.
• Program Support:
  • Partner with parents and ministry leadership to support teen engagement.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain attendance records and follow up with group members.
  • Share resources and announcements with participants.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with teenagers in a ministry or teaching capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Scripture and the ability to connect with youth.
• Creativity in lesson planning and teaching methods.
• Passion for the mission and vision of Welcome Ministries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and volunteers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in virtual tools such as Zoom, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
