The Technology Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring technology services, projects, and initiatives are effectively coordinated, communicated, and delivered.
This role sits at the intersection of Service Delivery Management and Project Management, providing governance, coordination, visibility, and accountability across the Technology function. The successful candidate will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure priorities remain aligned, risks are actively managed, and initiatives progress toward successful outcomes.

· Support the ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of technology services across the organization.
· Coordinate and manage technology-related escalations, ensuring issues are appropriately tracked, communicated, and resolved.
· Maintain visibility across technology operations, identifying service risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
· Work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure service expectations are met.
· Contribute to service governance, reporting, and operational review processes.
· Coordinate technology projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery.
· Maintain visibility across project timelines, dependencies, risks, priorities, and key milestones.
· Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and activities to help ensure successful project outcomes.
· Drive accountability and follow-through across project teams and stakeholders.
· Escalate risks, delays, and blockers when appropriate to maintain delivery momentum.
· Support project governance, status reporting, and portfolio visibility across the Technology function.
· Develop professional presentations, reports, dashboards, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
· Translate technical information into clear and meaningful content for technical and non-technical audiences.
· Support the preparation of leadership presentations, project updates, business reviews, and technology communications.
· Ensure stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and relevant information regarding technology services and initiatives.
· Maintain and improve technology documentation, standards, knowledge repositories, and collaboration platforms.
· Promote consistency, accessibility, and quality across technology information and documentation.
· Support the development of operational processes, templates, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
· Maintain visibility across technology priorities, commitments, projects, and operational activities.
· Coordinate activities across technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
· Ensure decisions are translated into actions and initiatives continue progressing toward completion.
· Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and operational cadences that support effective execution.
· Help create structure, alignment, and accountability across the Technology function.
· 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, PMO, Technology Operations, or a related role.
· Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of technology environments, including infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, software delivery, cybersecurity, or IT operations.
· Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
· Experience preparing presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
· Experience supporting global or distributed organizations.
· Experience working within professional services, consulting, financial services, or technology-driven organizations.
· Experience with SharePoint and document management platforms.
· Familiarity with project governance, service management, and operational reporting practices.
· Experience coordinating third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers.
· Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent are advantageous.
· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong technology acumen and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts, dependencies, and risks.
· Excellent project coordination and service delivery management skills.
· Strong verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
· Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials.
· Able to transform complex discussions into structured plans, actions, and outcomes.
· Comfortable influencing and coordinating stakeholders without direct authority.
· Proactive, persistent, and outcome-oriented.
