As a Technical Writer, you will document key parts of the platform and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure the documentation is clear and accurate. You will also continuously improve documentation based on analytics and user feedback.

As a Technical Writer, you’ll work closely with our product teams and be responsible for documenting key parts of the platform. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to make sure the documentation is clear, accurate, and matches the product experience. Especially welcomed Java Developers who also have technical writing experience.
Nice to have: technical writing experience and a strong portfolio of developer-focused content such as user guides, installation guides, API references, tutorials, and technical blog posts.
Experience with Docs-as-Code workflows and documentation frameworks such as Docusaurus, with comfort using Git and Markdown.
