Job Description:
As a Technical Writer, you’ll work closely with our product teams and be responsible for documenting key parts of the platform. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to make sure the documentation is clear, accurate, and matches the product experience. Especially welcomed Java Developers who also have technical writing experience.
Nice to have: technical writing experience and a strong portfolio of developer-focused content such as user guides, installation guides, API references, tutorials, and technical blog posts.
Experience with Docs-as-Code workflows and documentation frameworks such as Docusaurus, with comfort using Git and Markdown.
Your main tasks will include:
- Taking ownership of documentation for one or more product areas (for example, Self-Managed product Local Installation).
- Working with engineers, product managers, and designers to stay up to date on the product roadmap and ensure documentation is accurate and released on time.
- Continuously improving documentation based on analytics, user feedback, and your own observations.
- Collaborating with other writers and the Documentation team to share best practices and help improve the documentation tools and standards.
