Technical Recruiter (Software Company)

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

The responsibilities of this position are:

• Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.
• Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to our clients.
• Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process.
• Hold interviews in Spanish.
• Hold interviews in English.
• Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.
• Implement strategies for employer branding.

Requirements

• + 3 years experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
• Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
• Full-time availability.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages.

Nice to Have

• Negotiation skills.
• Experience working with US companies.
