To strengthen our team we are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Proposal Manager, who combines hands-on project execution with strategic service growth, ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery into long-term customer value and service expansion.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
  • Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service, securing long-term service readiness.
  • Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase, building strong relationships.
  • Drive service growth (~35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA, upgrades, lifecycle solutions).
  • Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project execution within grid / HV infrastructure.
  • Exposure to service business and commercial processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%+).

  • Ability to combine execution ownership with commercial mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
  • Structured, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Role split:

  • Execution: ~65%
  • Sales / Service Growth: ~35%
