Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
In three years, we've grown to 7M+ app downloads, 2M+ monthly active users, 7000+ partner stores, and US$350M+ raised from top-tier investors.
Here, you get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll help build AI Landing Factory — the platform that produces, publishes, and measures every landing page behind Salmon's user acquisition.
What you'll do:
Work on a platform that powers landing launches across salmon.ph, careers.salmon.ph, and our moto-marketplace — from a visual page editor to an in-house analytics pipeline
Co-own the roadmap with the Platform Owner: shape scope, challenge requirements, and keep direction grounded in technical and operational reality
Coordinate delivery across platform engineers, AI/ML, QA, Product Owners, system owners, plus legal and marketing streams.
What you'll own:
Re-engineer the landing production process end to end: map the current state, cut bottlenecks and hand-offs, and shorten time from brief to publish
Design and automate content workflows in the visual editor — page assembly, review and approvals, legal pre-checks, publishing
Define functional requirements for the CMS and analytics platform, and maintain specs, acceptance criteria, and test cases for critical flows
Work with engineering and QA to guarantee the correctness of the publishing pipeline and analytics event contracts
Manage dependencies and risks across teams, and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and priorities
Own the production funnel metrics: time-to-publish, publishing volume, pre-publish check coverage, data quality
Run demos, support go-live and rollout across web teams, and drive platform adoption.
What makes you a strong fit:
3+ years as a Product Manager, System Analyst, or Technical Program Manager
Hands-on experience with Web products (FinTech or MarTech background is not)
Experience with Web platforms, CMS, content production, or analytics is a strong plus
Strong structural and critical thinking: you break down ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and create clarity for both business and engineering
A working understanding of how software systems are built — you don't write code, but you read a spec, ask the right engineering questions, and reason about trade-offs
Ability to ramp up fast in a complex domain such as content or analytics pipelines
Strong English communication skills.
