Technical Options Trader

We have an opportunity for an experienced Trader with a technical focus to join the team and improve us further. You will be responsible for building and optimising our trading strategies across APAC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You will build and optimise our options trading spots across APAC.
• Extensive collaboration with research/quants, developers, corporate strategy, and wider functions to deliver improvement across the trading problem.
• Strategically contribute to future direction of the team and challenge the status quo.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have a proven track record of driving improvements on a systematic or semi-systematic trading spot - preferably at a top market-making firm
• Holistic understanding of the options trading problem
• Strong and responsible risk appetite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for trading, and a strong desire to continuously improve
• Whilst we have a strong preference for the role to be based out of Sydney, for the right candidate we can be location agnostic
