Professional Summary

We are seeking a Full-time, Senior Technical After Effects Motion Graphics Artist to join our Creative Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of timing and rhythm, coupled with a passion for optimizing workflows and building robust infrastructure for the entire motion team. This role thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology, requiring the ability to deliver high-end visual assets while simultaneously developing tools and scripts to enhance production efficiency.

Candidates must be currently based in either Argentina or Brazil, as location is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-value motion graphics videos and animated assets for in-game and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with art and creative teams to define the visual language for marketing campaigns.
• Develop custom tools and scripts, including CEP extensions for After Effects, to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the team’s production pipeline.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks within the motion team and propose innovative technical solutions.
• Edit video footage and integrate effects to elevate motion graphics.
• Stay abreast of the latest post-production processes, AI-assisted coding (vibe coding), and emerging automation techniques.

Technical Requirements (Must-have)

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
• Expert-level knowledge of After Effects, including a deep understanding of its architecture beyond the user interface.
• Proven experience in developing After Effects tools, proficient in ExtendScript/JavaScript and building CEP extensions.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
• Good knowledge of Trapcode Suite or similar particle simulation plugins.
• Experience in 3D compositing and post-production.
