TECHNICAL LEAD – FULL STACK

Zensar Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Technical Lead to own end‑to‑end solution architecture and guide cross‑functional teams in building a dynamic, metadata‑driven platform. The role combines hands‑on development, security design, DevSecOps, and AI‑augmented coding practices to deliver high‑performance, self‑hosted solutions for regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall solution architecture, technical design, and coding standards.
• Lead Angular, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, QA, and DevOps teams through the full development lifecycle.
• Design and implement dynamic forms, JSON‑configured workflows, checklists, country configuration, and versioning.
• Establish security frameworks including authentication, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, and data isolation per country.
• Review database schemas, APIs, and critical code for performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Set up Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling for self‑hosted deployments.
• Create and enforce GitHub Copilot guidelines, ensuring AI‑generated code is reviewed for security, licensing, and correctness.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and coordinate technical delivery with architects and stakeholders.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production readiness activities.
• Document solutions, release practices, and maintain SBOMs for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven technical leadership in architecture, design, and delivery of complex platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise in dynamic form, workflow, case‑management, or metadata‑driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of security, authentication, RBAC/ABAC, audit, and data isolation techniques.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Practical use of GitHub Copilot in enterprise development and ability to enforce review processes.
• Solid understanding of database design, performance optimization, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Redis, multilingual applications, accessibility standards, and SBOM generation.
• Experience delivering self‑hosted, government or regulated platform solutions.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
