Role: Technical Lead

The Role:

• Develop our cloud-based cyber security platform using Django and React

• Coach and support team members through code reviews and pair programming

• Provide line management for team members including regular 1:1s and performance reviews

• Leverage and integrate latest AI assistants and tools to boost productivity and code quality

About you:

• Full stack, ideally using Python (Django) and React.

• Champion of TDD, BDD, and quality-driven development

• Proven experience integrating and managing third-party APIs

• Understanding of and leading the team in applying software security fundamentals

• Working knowledge of AWS services, GitHub actions and terraform

• Experience managing a remote team
