Technical Engineering Lead – Alta Volumetría (Oracle OCI y Analítica)
Buscamos un/a Technical Engineering Lead para liderar equipos técnicos y garantizar la estabilidad, el rendimiento y la operación de plataformas de datos de alta volumetría, con experiencia imprescindible en medios de pago.
Requisitos imprescindibles:
Más de 3 años liderando equipos técnicos y gestionando entregas (delivery).
Experiencia en plataformas de alta volumetría: batch, streaming y near-real-time.
Conocimientos sólidos de Oracle OCI y plataformas de datos cloud.
Experiencia demostrable en medios de pago: conciliación, liquidación, transacciones, esquemas y reporting.
Capacidad de interlocución con clientes, gestión de expectativas y resolución de incidencias.
Experiencia elaborando documentación técnica, procedimientos operativos y postmortems.
Se valorará:
Oracle GoldenGate, CDC, ODI, Airflow o dbt.
Observabilidad de pipelines, SLAs de datos y seguridad/compliance.
PostgreSQL y entornos híbridos o multicloud.
Condiciones:
Modalidad: 100 % teletrabajo.
Horario: de 9:00 a 18:00 h, durante todo el año.
