We are currently searching for a Tech BA:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with product strategy and organizational objectives.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in solution design discussions involving cloud-native applications and integrations.
• Work with architects and developers to ensure business requirements align with technical implementation approaches.
• Contribute to requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities where AI capabilities can improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Assist stakeholders in understanding AI capabilities, limitations, governance requirements, and risks.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
• Good understanding of SDLC, REST APIs, integrations, SQL, data analysis, and functional specifications.
• Experience with Azure-based applications, cloud solutions, system integrations, and solution design discussions.
• Support requirements related to scalability, performance, security, compliance, and operational support.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Visio/Miro.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, and Responsible AI.
• Strong communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, resolve requirement ambiguities, and drive business outcomes.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
