\n- You’ll develop scalable tax processes, controls, and governance standards from the ground up, implement them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and ensure reliable tax compliance.
- You’ll oversee compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other tax obligations in various countries.
- You’ll support the Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Management teams with tax-related issues and evaluate contracts, transactions, and new business initiatives from a tax perspective.
- You’ll identify, assess, and document tax risks and uncertainties, and work with external advisors to ensure audit-ready tax documentation.
- You stay abreast of changes in tax law and use automation, standardization, and process optimization to continuously develop our tax function.
- You have successfully completed a degree in finance, accounting, economics, law, or a related field.
- You have several years of professional experience in corporate tax, international tax, tax compliance, tax advisory, or tax governance.
- You are familiar with German tax regulations and have a solid understanding of international tax principles.
- You can establish, optimize, and sustainably embed processes, controls, and governance frameworks within the organization.
- You are comfortable navigating an international environment with many stakeholders, work independently, and approach issues pragmatically.
- You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written.
- Additional experience with international corporate structures, tax transformation, or process automation is a plus.
