**Job Summary:**

As our Chief Happiness Officer, you’ll be responsible for making sure everyone in our company feels like a superstar. This includes planning spontaneous virtual celebrations, sending uplifting messages, organizing wellness retreats, and monitoring the “good vibes index.” If you’ve ever been called the “life of the party” and live for creating smiles, you may just be our next CHO!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement our *Daily Dose of Delight* program, which includes sending random surprise messages and hosting monthly surprise appreciation sessions.

- Build and maintain the *Happiness Hotline* – an internal platform where employees can seek a quick pick-me-up or request extra support.

- Develop personalized birthday and milestone celebrations for each team member, complete with custom GIFs and maybe even a virtual balloon drop.

- Lead weekly “Mood & Mingle” meetings where employees share highlights, gratitude, and jokes of the week.

- Track our Happiness Metrics to ensure no one’s ever in the red on the positivity scale.

- Conduct regular "Vibe Checks" with each team member to see where a little extra joy or support might be needed.

- Encourage work-life balance with regular reminders to *log off and go dance in the kitchen!*

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in any field where people routinely describe you as “a joy to work with” or “the reason I smile on Mondays.”

- Proven track record of spreading joy, whether through social media, community events, or simply brightening people’s days.

- Excellent communication skills with a talent for empathizing, encouraging, and uplifting others.

- Ability to create *positively contagious energy* across digital platforms.

- Strong organizational skills (because planning a surprise takes work!)

- Access to a stash of virtual confetti (or ideas for how to make it happen).
