About the role
We are looking for a creative Motion AI Designer to join our Marketing Department and help bring our AI products to life through engaging marketing content.
About you
- At least 2 years of experience in Motion Design.
- Full-cycle motion design experience — from generating initial concepts and creating source materials to animating videos and enhancing them with effects and overlays.
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., Kling AI, Seedance, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of AI trends and content creation best practices, with a proactive approach to market research.
- Understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative assets contribute to campaign results.
- Knowledge of content creation requirements across various marketing platforms.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for audience engagement.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage and test multiple creative hypotheses simultaneously.

- Utilize AI tools to generate graphic and video content for marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns promoting games and web products across various channels.
- Adapt content for different platforms and channels, taking into account format requirements and performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Creatives Producer, UAM, and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Product, to create high-quality content aligned with the company's strategy.
