We Are Looking For Professionals Who:

• Have 3-4 years of Project Management experience, plus 1-2 years of Product Engineering or AI experience.
  
• Have proven ownership of client-facing projects end to end, including scope, budget, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication.
  
• Are fluent with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Replit, or similar) and have applied them to prototype, unblock technical work, or ship small builds in real client delivery.
  
• Are comfortable reading code, scoping technical work, and directing engineers and QA on tradeoffs and priorities.
  
• Can turn ambiguous client goals into clear, sequenced, buildable plans and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
  
• Have a solid understanding of Agile frameworks and the SDLC, with strong spoken and written English.
