We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across European markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring strategies

  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing

  • Prior experience working on EU-based hiring requirements (mandatory)

  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical recruitment (IT, Engineering, Automotive, Design)

  • Exposure to both contract and permanent hiring

  • Understanding of EU hiring practices and candidate expectations
