\n10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or pod leadership capacity.
Demonstrated ability to carry a full req load while supporting the performance and development of others.
Strong recruiting craft across the full hiring lifecycle, including:
Sourcing and outreach strategy;
Pipeline management and candidate experience;
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration;
Coaching and quality-checking peers or junior team members.
