Working at CQUniversity

In this position, you will deliver high-quality training, tutorials and student support within the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences, provide academic guidance and consultation, assess student competency and contribute to positive educational outcomes aligned with contemporary industry practices and national training standards.

You will work with a diverse range of learners, supporting them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their training and career goals. Along with delivering and assessing training, you will provide timely feedback, maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Please note this is a casual pool. Your expression of interest will remain valid until 31 December 2026. You will only be contacted if appropriate casual work becomes available whilst your application is active.

Position Requirements

• Current qualification in Training and Assessment, Vocational Education and Training or adult education at Diploma level or higher (e.g. Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or higher).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training and tutorials in face-to-face, online and/or blended learning environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a student-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
